Had a good ride yesterday with cycling friends from the stadium yesterday. Since my cycling exercise/training have reduce much compared to last year due to work commitment and bad weather. My cycling fitness level had also drop!
Yesterday ride I try to conserve my energy as much as possible by staying behind other riders. I also try to maintain a comfortable cadence of 95 to 100rpm, making sure the gearing is not too heavy for my leg. I’m so happy I manage to stay with 4 other riders in the front pack.
