I have not been updating my blog for quite a while. I’m just too lazy to update it. Will try to update it regularly starting today.
I still do my usual morning run. I now run a Padang Kebajikan. This morning I did 10 laps in 23 minutes 51 seconds.
I now weigh around 72KG. I lost around 3.5KG during fasting month and gain 1KG during the raya festive season.
I also still use my Nike+iPod for my run. It show I ran more than 4KM this morning and its probably more accurate as I ran on the second lane.
