This morning I did my run at the Belapan Track. I was there by 6am. It was a nice day to run as the weather was cool.
Did 13 laps in 32 minutes 42 seconds.

Heart of Borneo Challenge 2009

Went to Triple Star after work yesterday to register myself for the HSBC Heart of Borneo Challenge 2009. This year HOB cycling will start and finish at the Taman Omar Ali Saifuddin. Total distance is 128KM!
